The best place to start when thinking about selling your property is to have me prepare a Comparable Market Analysis (known as a CMA in the real estate world). I will come and take a look at what you have & assemble a report based off of sold properties in your area in the recent past to come up with a price range your home would sell in. In addition I print things that are in a similar price range and area to show you who your competition is. Also, what properties in that bracket are under contract? How about the ones sold in the last 90 days? I include all of that in your report & take the time to talk you through my knowledge of those homes. I've been in many of them and can tell you the pros & cons of them in relation to your property.

My goal is to work side by side with you to help determine the best price and selling stratigies. There is no cost or obligation for this report & my expertise!
